Goal

Because I desire to grow in my understanding of Israeli language and culture…

• I will study Israeli Hebrew and practice conversationally with the Israeli members of my congregation.

Strategies

• I will study Israeli Hebrew using the language learning software Rosetta Stone.

• I will practice conversational Hebrew with Adam Kadosh, a member of my congregation.

• I will seek to practice cultural exegesis as I pursue effective communication that is culturally relevant.

Resources

• I will use my subscription to the language learning software Rosetta Stone.

• I will practice conversational Hebrew with my friend Adam Kadosh.

Measures

By the end of November 2022, I will have:

• Completed Level 1 of the Rosetta Stone’s Israeli Hebrew course.

By the end of April 2023, I will have:

• Completed 10 sessions of conversational Hebrew with my friend Adam Kadosh.

• Give a 7 minute Gospel and personal testimony presentation in Hebrew.
