• Supply Manager, New Tribes Mission in Papua New Guinea: Did inventory, replenished stock, and light accounting.

• Garcia-Shilling International: Grew from part time translator to Lead Spanish Editor, self-trained in graphic design software, kept computer systems, servicing and maintaining software and hardware, trained new employees in software applications.

• Hispanic language and culture consultant for Garcia-Shilling, participating in an advertisement consulting team for companies like Bank One, JP Morgan Chase, and BlueCross BlueShield.

• Translator and editor for Bank One nationwide and BlueCross BlueShield of AZ, MS and TX, translating booklets, ad pieces, promotional material, banking, legal, insurance and health care material, and developing custom, industry-specific glossaries for said companies.

• Church Planting, Evangelism & Discipleship: Participated and later led a youth evangelistic ministry in Venezuela. Was involved in three church plants, evangelizing and discipling new believers. Led an Evangelistic Bible Study for 3 years as a Bible Institute student. Developed a bilingual church plant launch team, and planted Freedom Hill Church in Pittsburgh, PA, and HaDerech Messianic Congregation in Roanoke, TX.

• Theological Training: Bible Institute teacher for 3 Semesters at New Tribes Bible Institute, in Colombia. Taught Eschatology, OT Survey and Gospels Survey.

• Pastoral Care/Leadership: Intern as Teaching Elder at a Bible Church in Colombia. Pastored a Hispanic church in Dallas. Taught home Bible studies in Venezuela, Colombia, San Diego, Orlando and Dallas. Served as freedom ministry counselor through Freedom Hill Church.

• Administration in a Bible Institute: Acting sub-director for one year at New Tribes Bible Institute in Colombia, leading a staff of 6, a student body of 20 and overseeing the campus maintenance.

• Communications experience as a Bible Institute professor, Spanish and English teacher, Pastor, Conference Speaker, Counselor, and Volunteer Coordinator.

• Gateway Church: Interpreter for weekend services and coordinator of Spanish interpreters. Led a monthly gathering of Spanish-speaking Gateway Groups, coordinating volunteers and overseeing events. Served as a Section Leader in Gateway Groups, Altar Captain and taught several Equip classes.

• Jewish Ministries: Discovered my family’s Jewish ancestry and began practicing Messianic Judaism. Traveled to Israel 4 times. Conduct Hebrew liturgy and Torah services. Planted a Messianic congregation. Served as volunteer leader at Gateway Church’s Messianic service. Currently lead Sukkat Shalom Messianic Congregation.
